Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Shipping options
- Free standard shipping — on all orders over $50
- Standard shipping — flat rate calculated at checkout for orders under $50, based on weight and destination
We ship via USPS from Austin, Texas. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system after shipment.
Packaging
We pack every order carefully in protective poly mailers. We include a handwritten thank-you note with every order because we genuinely mean it.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the US and interested in a specific item, contact us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your package is scanned by USPS it’s in their care. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, first check with neighbors and your building mailroom. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help you file a claim.
